CARLEO designs and manufactures its own hydraulic cylinders. We carefully select the correct seals and provide a variety of cylinders for vehicles, heavy-duty machines, and equipment.
Assembly is carried out on a modular platform to reduce errors and ensure accuracy throughout the process.
Sandblasting is performed before painting to improve surface adhesion and enhance anti-rust protection.
CARLEO has invested heavily in fully automated powder coating equipment to ensure maximum surface protection and durability. Powder coating provides excellent resistance against rust, wear, and environmental impact, while also enhancing the overall appearance of the product. In addition, we offer customized powder coating colors according to customer requirements, enabling large-scale production with diverse finishes.
