Manufacture Base

CARLEO Group operates three manufacturing facilities across Taiwan and Thailand, creating a global production network with multi-country supply capability, fast lead times, and diversified risk management. This structure ensures stable production capacity and supports the needs of various regional markets.

The Taichung Dadu plant serves as the operational and technological center of the group. The facility integrates R&D, precision component machining, automated welding, powder coating, final assembly, and full-load testing. All new product development, structural validation, and safety testing are conducted here.
As the group’s technology hub, the Dadu factory is responsible for the development of all product lines and continuous process optimization—ensuring CARLEO maintains leading quality standards and technological advantages in the global market.

Equipped with full metal fabrication capabilities—laser cutting, CNC precision machining, bending, welding, and semi-finished processing—the facility ensures superior structural accuracy, durability, and consistency for all two-post lift products.
It also supports final assembly operations at the Dadu headquarters, further enhancing the group's overall production efficiency.

CARLEO Thailand focuses on serving the Southeast Asian and Southbound markets, supplying Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, and surrounding regions.
Built to the same quality standards as the Taiwan facilities, the factory includes complete welding, coating, assembly, and testing lines, enabling fast delivery and highly competitive production costs.
The establishment of the Thailand facility strengthens the group’s global supply flexibility, reduces cross-border logistics risks, and significantly shortens lead times for the ASEAN market.
