That includes design, material purchasing, manufacturing process, hydraulic power packs, hydraulic cylinder, painting , quality/load testing. Our local content rate is higher than 80%. All products are shipping from Taiwan directly. Whole the manufacturing process is under a very serious control inside our manufacturing base.
With the modern manufacture technology and decades of industry experience, the manufacturing process of CARLEO was decided to be efficiency and reliable. We have automatic welding line, CNC Machine center , sand boots, painting booth and loading test equipment. To offer the high quality garage equipment, all the product was 100% inspected before shipping.
